Lunch - Good Eats

A delicious lunch will be prepared by chefs from the Mill Creek Country Club using ingredients from local farms. This year's menu includes:

  • Soup: Jamaican Carrot Bisque
  • Salad: Mixed Greens with Tomato, Dried Blueberries, Feta Cheese and Roasted Pepper Vinaigrette.
  • Entree: 
    • Pork Polpettone (Stuffed with Spinach and Roasted Squash) 
    • Salsa alla Crema Di Granturco (Roasted Sweet Corn Sauce)
    • Roasted Rally Potatoes
    • Seattle seasoned Roasted Beets
  • Dessert: Mini Sugar Pie Pumpkin Cheesecake
