Early Head Start Services
Early Head Start (EHS) is a program for families on a limited income with children from birth to three years old and pregnant women. Early Head Start partners with families to promote the growth and development of infants and toddlers, resulting in school readiness prior to entry into Kindergarten. Early Childhood Education & Assistance Program Services
The Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program (ECEAP) is a FREE preschool program serving low-income children and families, providing quality educational experiences that cultivate the potential of the whole child, and by providing access to health, nutrition and family supports.  Go to the Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program page for more information.
