Aflac Individual Insurance Plans

The County offers voluntary individual insurance plans administered by Aflac to regular employees who work at least 20 hours per week. The policies that are available through payroll deduction are below. Please visit the Aflac website to learn more or to request information.

Enrollment & Changes

New employees are required to enroll within 30 days from your date of hire or qualifying change in status.Contact Aflac to apply, make changes, cancel your policies, or to make self-payment arrangements.
