Edit Item

Log in to the eFile system, then:

    1. Click on the ‘My Account’ menu option.

    2. Click on the ‘View My Personal Property Filing Accounts’ link.

    3. From your list of personal property accounts, select the account you would like to change and click the ‘Open the Selected Account for Filing’ button.

    4. Click on the ‘Equipment’ tab.

    5. From the list of items displayed for your business, select the check box next to the item that is labeled supplies.

    6. Click on the ‘Edit Selected Items’ button.

    7. In the box labeled ‘Revised Cost’, enter the new value in whole dollar amounts.

    8. From the drop down box labeled ‘Reason’, select the most applicable reason for the change in value.

    9. In the notes field, add any notes you feel are relevant.

    10. When completed, click on the ‘Save’ button.

    11. On the ‘Inventory’ screen, make sure to click the ‘Save Personal Property Listing’ button.
