Administration Division

The Administration Division supplies management and administrative support to the operating divisions of Facilities Management. They do so by providing:
  • Financial management
  • Accounting
  • Payroll and personnel administration
  • Record keeping
  • Internal support services
Administration furthers Facilities Management’s ability to effectively support other county departments in accomplishing their own missions.

Division Goals & Objectives
The goals and objectives of the Administration Division are to:
  • Provide support, guidance, and efficient service to the operating divisions of Facilities Management
  • Strive to continually enhance customer service and establish management practices which demonstrate our commitment to accountability
  • Continue to streamline administrative functions to increase operating efficiency and quality of service
