We are slowly and deliberately moving toward voice-over IP technologies in order to move forward with voice and data integration. We are starting with remote sites and have successfully deployed VOIP to our Parks Facility and the Airport campus delivering voice services to our Airport Operations Center and our Department of Emergency Management. All trunks to remote sites are being converted to VOIP in order to maximize bandwidth utilization. We have enabled QOS across all segments LAN and WAN. Currently we have implemented OCS and are testing Voice and Data Integration. Nortel and Microsoft have teamed up with us to pilot these technologies.
