Volunteer Programs

The efforts of dedicated volunteers contribute to the quality of the parks, facilities, and programs that serve our entire community. Join a growing number of individuals, families, businesses, and organizations who dedicate their time supporting staff in all aspects of park operations.

Our volunteer program provides the training and opportunity for community members to become involved in the care of Snohomish County's magnificent parks. Please refer to the general programs web page for a general listing of volunteer needs and programs.

The President's Volunteer Service Award
The President's Volunteer Service Award recognizes individuals, families, and groups that have achieved a certain standard – measured by the number of hours served over a 12-month period or cumulative hours earned over the course of a lifetime. Go to the President's Volunteer Service Award website then click on "Track your hours". Register yourself to "Create my record of service" and start tracking your hours.

Email Tony Trofimczuk for more details about how your hours can be verified with Snohomish County Parks and Recreation.
