Long-Term Care Ombudsmen promote the interests, well-being, and rights of vulnerable adults living in long-term care facilities.
Staff and certified volunteer ombudsmen advocate for vulnerable adults living in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and adult family homes.

Ombudsmen work with residents, their families, and staff to achieve high quality and compassionate care. We receive, investigate, and resolve complaints on quality of life and care issues. We also provide information, consultations, and presentations to residents, their families, staff, and the public.
