  • Daybreak Respite Program - Offers individuals caring for senior adults with physical and/or memory limitations a break during the day.

  • Family Caregiver Programs - The purpose of the Family Caregiver Programs are to support families and other unpaid caregivers to continue providing quality, safe, long-term care to adults with functional disabilities. Call 425-290-1240 for more information.

  • Nutrition Programs - Home delivered meals (Meals-on-Wheels) and groceries, and congregate meal sites throughout the county. Call 425-347-1229 for more information.
