EVERETT, WASH. –  At 1:30 this afternoon, the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office was contacted by Snohomish County Mental Health Officials and asked to assist them with picking up a subject.  A court order had been obtained for the subject, a 30-year old Everett man, to take him into custody for a mental health evaluation.   When deputies went to his residence, a mobile home at Village Green Mobile Home Park, in the 12600 block of East Gibson Road, the man barricaded himself and refused to come out.  Deputies are currently still talking with the man in an effort to convince him to come out.  There is no one else in the mobile home at this time.

An update will be provided at the conclusion of this incident.
