Suspect in Stanwood Armed Bank Robbery At Large

 Stanwood Bank Robbery Suspect STANWOOD, Wash – The suspect in an aggressive armed robbery yesterday of the Whidbey Island Bank in Stanwood is still at large. Witnesses describe the suspect as a male in his late teens or early 20s with black tape across his nose and last seen wearing a grey “hoodie” sweatshirt, beige shirt, and jeans. 

This video and photo were pulled from the bank's surveillance camera. 

The suspect assaulted a bank teller and used a hand gun in the hold up around noon on May 24. After the robbery, he was last seen running southbound on 72nd Ave NW. Deputies and the Sheriff’s K-9 Unit searched the area for several hours.
