Odyssey Case Management System (CMS) Is Coming…

Odyssey Case Management System (CMS) Is Coming…

As announced in our first stakeholder update, Snohomish County Superior Court and County Clerk continue preparation work for a May 2, 2016 “go live” of the Odyssey CMS.

Four other counties have implemented Odyssey and include Lewis, Franklin, Yakima, and Thurston.  Also as stated in our initial stakeholder update, Snohomish County is next to implement Odyssey and will be the largest county in the state to implement as both King and Pierce Counties have opted out of the project.

As with any large technology project, we recognize this implementation will impact Superior Court and Clerk operations in the week prior and two weeks after Odyssey implementation.

We are working on a plan to reduce caseloads during that time and our project team will be reaching out to stakeholder groups over the next few months to collaborate on how to manage the reductions needed for a successful implementation.  Below is Superior Court’s plan for implementation (includes Juvenile Court):

As stakeholders or users of our current systems (i.e. JIS, SCOMIS, & High View), it’s important that we keep you informed of our progress.  You can also read project information at the following links:
