Senior Centers

This program provides for the operation of community facilities where older persons can meet together, receive services, and participate in activities that will enhance their dignity, support their independence, and encourage their involvement in the life and affairs of the community.

Services

Some centers include social services, health and nutrition programs, educational classes, trainings, and workshops, and classes in personal growth.

Eligibility & Funding

All Snohomish County residents aged 55 and older are eligible to participate in senior center activities and services. Funding is provided by a variety of sources including county general revenues.
