- Annual Day-Use & Boat Launch Passes
For frequent users of Snohomish County Parks, we offer the convenience and savings of an annual day-use/boat launch access pass. Passes can be used at all of our parks that charge a day-use fee (Flowing Lake Park, Kayak Point* Park and Wenberg Park) as well as the City of Lake Stevens Davies Beach (formerly Wyatt Park). Annual Passes make great gifts too!
Purchases can be made online, at the Parks Administration office (Willis Tucker Park) and, in most cases, at the parks where day-use fees are required.
Snohomish County Parks utilizes an online system developed and maintained by the ActiveNet Corporation. This system enables on-line registrations for programs like summer camps and yoga classes, and for the purchase of Annual Passes. To support the cost of this system, online registrations and purchases are assessed a 6.5% fee, plus 50 cents per transaction. Please note that this fee is nonrefundable.
You can now purchase an annual pass when you arrive at the park, by using the same machine used for purchasing a day-pass. This option will print a temporary 7-day pass which can then be exchanged for the standard annual pass placard. Enjoy your day at the park then complete this online form to redeem your pass when you get home. It's easy!
If your pass is lost or stolen, you will need to complete a notarized affidavit stating so. Contact the park office at 425-388-6600 or via email (contact.parks@snoco.org) to request a form or download the affidavit (PDF). There is a $10 replacement fee.
