EHS is a FREE program for families on a limited income with children from birth to three years old and pregnant women. Early Head Start partners with families to promote the growth and development of infants and toddlers, resulting in school readiness prior to entry into Kindergarten. ECEAP is a Washington State funded FREE PRESCHOOL program with 25 locations throughout the County. We focus on the well-being of each child, and help him or her prepare for kindergarten. Our team of specialists work with families, providing health, nutrition and family resources. Visit the ECEAP page for more information.
