Early Learning Programs:

Early Head Start (EHS) Services

EHS is a FREE program for families on a limited income with children from birth to three years old and pregnant women. EHS partners with families to promote the growth and development of infants and toddlers, resulting in school readiness prior to entry into Kindergarten. Early Childhood Education & Assistance Program (ECEAP) Services

ECEAP is a Washington State funded FREE PRESCHOOL program with 25 locations throughout the County. We focus on the well-being of each child, and help him or her prepare for kindergarten.
