Snohomish County Pretrial Services

Pretrial Services is a court service provided by the Office of Public Defense. The service is responsible for providing the Snohomish County Superior and District Courts with information pertaining to the setting of bail and release of offenders pending trial.

How to contact Pretrial Services:

IF you received a phone call from a Pretrial Services Interviewer and have information to verify please call:

425-388-3500, Monday – Friday, 8:30 am 12:00 pm, 1:00– 4:00 pm

Closed Saturday and Sunday

Pretrial Services reports are submitted to the Court at 11:00 am, Monday – Friday to give time for the Court, Prosecutor, and Public Defender to review prior to court in the afternoon. If you have information to verify it is recommended to call Pretrial Services in the mornings.
