The public is welcome to provide testimony by attending the hearings in person or remotely. Written testimony may be sent via e-mail to the Council Clerk at contact.council@snoco.org, or mailed to 3000 Rockefeller Ave M/S 609, Everett, WA 98201. E-mailing testimony 24 hours prior to the hearing will ensure copies are distributed to Councilmembers and appropriate staff in advance of the public hearing. 


All public comment and testimony are public records and may be subject to disclosure pursuant to the Public Records Act, RCW Chapter 42.56. Any contact information provided, including address, e-mail address, and phone number, will be available to the public on the Council’s website.
