As a stormwater utility, SWM provides a variety of services for ratepayers to keep people safe and to keep our local waters healthy. Our beautiful natural resources are an important part of the quality of life in Snohomish County. Many of us who live here feel strong connections to our rivers, lakes, Puget Sound, and the fish and wildlife in our waters. We work with many partners to coordinate efforts to restore aquatic habitat for salmon and shellfish. We also monitor the health of local waters to help guide these stewardship efforts.
