Canvassing Board to Meet for August 6 Primary

August 6 Primary

The August 6 Primary ballot includes all partisan races (where a candidate is asked to declare a party preference) and other races where three or more candidates are seeking the office. The top two vote-getters in races on the Primary ballot will advance to the General Election. Nonpartisan races with less than three candidates move directly to the General Election and are not on the Primary ballot.


Important dates:

August 6 - Election Day

August 6 - Last day to register or update address in person

August 20 - Election certified
