Snohomish County Public Works, in coordination with the Surface Water Management Division of the Snohomish County Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, replaced a damaged culvert under Jim Creek Road to retain the safety and structural integrity of the road, increase water flow capacity, and improve fish passage. The new culvert is 87 feet long, 10 feet wide and 7 feet tall. It satisfies Washington State Department of Fish and Wildlife fish passage standards.
The project site is located northeast of Arlington near 13602 Jim Creek Road.
