Trout Creek Br No. 603 - Pile driving, repair

June 23, 2014 Update:
The bridge will be closed to all  pedestrians and vehicles July 14, 15, and possibly July 16. Work will continue until July 21.

Description

The county's Road Maintenance Division bridge crew will replace several piles supporting the bridge deck during 2014.

Seattle University students are also doing a type, size, and location report, as their student project during 2014-2015, to identify options for replacing the bridge at some point in the future. 
 
Location
The bridge is located approximately 10 miles east of Granite Falls on Mountain View Drive, which connects to the Mountain Loop Highway.  
 
Schedule
The bridge may have to be closed for up to three weeks to complete the repair work. A date has not yet been identified.
