In addition to our online resources, most of the information about properties is available through the Customer Service Center.
The Customer Service Center is located on the first floor of the Robert J. Drewel Building (Admin East) in the Snohomish County campus. The campus is located at: 3000 Rockefeller Ave. Everett, WA 98201
Personal Property - Deals with equipment and property used by businesses that is portable in nature.
Exemptions - The primary contact point for the public and the division responsible for administering Tax Relief Programs.
GIS and Mapping - The assessor's representative for functions and issues relating to the county's mapping.
Levy - Determines and allocates the levy program and interfaces with different taxing districts within the county.
Property Control - Consists of three areas: land segregation, excise, and mobile home. The land segregation area creates new tax parcels and provides tax parcel maintenance. The excise area tracks all of the sales within Snohomish County and processes sales data from real estate excise documents. The mobile home area has a technician that tracks the movement, title application, and elimination of mobile homes within Snohomish County
