Identification cards for healthcare plans are ordered on the day the insurance company receives your application from Human Resources. It normally takes 7 to 10 business days for cards to reach members. Cards will be mailed to the address on your application. For replacement cards, please follow these instructions:
Sign in to your Regence account to print or order a copy of your ID card. Once you are signed in, scroll down to Account Information and click “Print or order member ID cards”. If you need to register online, you will need our Group Number (10008695) and Member ID. If you do not know your Member ID, please call 800-962-0301. You can also call 800-962-0301 to request that an ID card be mailed to your home address. Please note, that if you sign up for a Regence medical and vision plan, you will receive two separate ID cards.
Sign in to your Kaiser Permanente account to order a copy of your ID card. Once you are signed in, scroll down to Member Services and click “Order a New ID Card”. If you need to register online, you will need your Member ID number. If you do not know your Member ID, please call 888-901-4636.
Sign in to your Delta Dental of WA account to print a copy of your ID card. Once you are signed in, scroll down and click “Download” under ID card. If you need to register online, you will need your Member ID number. If you do not know your Member ID number, please call 800-554-1907.
