Garbage Fee (Per Vehicle)
360 lbs. or less = $20, includes tax (minimum fee)
Over 360 lbs. = $105 per ton, plus tax


Yard / Clean Wood debris fee (Per Vehicle)

500 lbs. or less = $11, no tax (minimum fee)
Over 500 lbs. = $45/ton, no tax

 Payment can be made in one (1) of three (3) ways:
  • Cash
  • Check (with ID)
  • Credit or Debit (Visa, MasterCard, Discover)

Restrictions


The following vehicles are not permitted before 4 p.m. Monday thru Friday and before 1 p.m. Saturday and Sunday:
  • Trailers longer than 18 feet requiring manual unloading.
  • Cargo vans longer than 26 feet requiring manual unloading.
  • Non-hydraulic semi-trailers 30 feet to 53 feet in length require six (6) hours advance notice and are not allowed before 4 p.m. Monday thru Friday and before 1 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
  • Top loaded/open top containers on rolling chassis or containers requiring to be top picked off the chassis.
  • Vehicles with containers longer than 25 feet that do not have a hydraulic dump system.
  • Dangerous or Moderate Risk waste. See the County’s Waste Restrictions for more information.

Note: All hydraulic dump style vehicles are allowed.

Road construction is scheduled to occur on 63rd Avenue NE from 188th Street NE to 192nd Street NE in Arlington, beginning Monday, July 24th and lasting approximately three to four weeks.

During this time, there will be a single lane closure potentially resulting in delays when traveling to the North County Recycling and Transfer Station (NCRTS).

Our facility WILL REMAIN OPEN during this construction.

Please note that Snohomish County’s Hazardous Waste Drop-Off Station in Everett does not accept latex paint. Research shows that latex paint can safely be put in the garbage if it’s dry or solidified first. Residents should dry out latex paint and put it in the garbage container.
