68th Ave NW Near 29808

Project Description - Completed 2018

Snohomish County Public Works replaced nine 12-inch diameter driveway and field access culverts along 68th Ave NW to reduce property flooding and provide fish passage. Replacement culverts were 18 inch to 36 inch diameter culverts. Work included all temporary erosion and sediment control measures and restoration of driveways and shoulders. The project was designed to meet the Washington State Department of Fish and Wildlife fish passage requirements.

Schedule

This project took place in September-November 2018. 

Traffic Impact

Appropriate detour route, signage, and traffic control were provided to route traffic around the construction site. No full road closures were needed for this project. Property owners adjacent to the work area were contacted and given project and Surface Water Management contact information.
