Lake Cassidy is located north of Lake Stevens and three miles east of Marysville. The lake covers 131.0 acres and has an average depth of 11 feet. The watershed, or the land area that drains into the lake, covers 2,649.6 acres and about 18% of the land is developed.

Snohomish County Park's Centennial Trail runs along the eastern shoreline and includes the Lake Cassidy Wetlands Park & Interpretive Trail. The Wetlands Park includes a fishing dock and limited disabled parking for those with the gate access code. To obtain the access code, complete and submit the application form.
There is a public boat launch located on the southwest shore. Power boats are permitted but only with a maximum speed of 8 mph and a maximum horsepower of 10. See the Snohomish County Code Title 12 and the Parks and Recreation Boating Regulations for more information.
Lake Cassidy does not have a formal lake association. However, you may be able to connect with other lake area residents by looking for a Lake Cassidy community group on NextDoor or Facebook.
