Lake Cochran

Lake Cochran is located about five miles northeast of Monroe near woods creek Road. The lake covers 33 acres and has an average depth of 25.9 feet with a maximum depth of 54.1 feet. The watershed, or the land area that drains into the lake, covers 323 acres and about 10% of the land is developed. There is no developed public access to the lake.


Recreational Opportunities

Recreational activities are limited to Lake Residents.
Internal combustion motors are not allowed on Lake Cochran - see Snohomish County Code Title 12 and the Parks and Recreation Boating Regulations for more information.

Lake Cochran does not have a formal lake association. However, you may be able to connect with other lake area residents by looking for a Lake Cochran community group on NextDoor or Facebook.

Lake Health and Additional Resources

As part of Snohomish County's Lake Management Program, County staff and volunteer lake monitors have been tracking the health of Lake Cochran since 1992.
