Call Center staff work the reception desk in the Administration building located at Willis D. Tucker Park. They are responsible for processing camping and shelter reservations and cancellations, activity registrations, room rentals, parking/launch pass sales, lost-and-found claims, and addressing public questions and concerns.
Monday - Friday (excluding legal holidays), 8:30am-4:30pm. Please expect longer hold times during peak season and calling times.
