Bail Motions Procedures-Emergency Order 12
Helpful information regarding the scheduling of Bail Motions based upon Emergency Order 12.
For extended motions set on the criminal motions call calendar, the date and time of hearing should be the date and time of the motions call calendar.
Working copies for hearings set in the criminal hearings or criminal motions courtrooms shall be sent to: criminal.workingcopies@snoco.org.
Working copies for criminal matters on a special set sentencing calendar, set on a judge’s personal calendar, or preassigned to a particular judge shall be sent to the working copy e-mail address for that judge. Find criminal matters working copy e-mail addresses here.

As of March 22, 2021, parties must submit working copies electronically for all criminal matters, with limited exceptions.
Please note this information is subject to change, and parties must review the most current Emergency Order for current requirements.
Electronic working copies must be submitted by providing an electronic document in portable document format (.pdf) or as a Microsoft Word document (.doc). All documents filed for a single submission for a particular hearing must be combined in one document and the document name must contain, in this order:
