Snohomish County announces the availability of funds for program 2023 – 2024 Emergency Housing Fund Emergency Shelter Motel Vouchers with Supportive Services for jurisdictions and municipalities in East Snohomish County.
The purpose of the Emergency Housing Fund (EHF) grant is to maintain current levels of homeless subsidies and emergency housing services. Allowable activities and expenses follow the Consolidated Homeless Grant (CHG)/System Demonstration Grant (SDG) guidelines. Allowable activities for this RFP are restricted to “emergency housing” defined as emergency shelter hotel/motel leasing.
The Snohomish County Office of Community and Homeless Services held a Pre-Application Workshop on Monday, November 6, 2023, from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. The questions and answers provided during the Workshop are posted below. Any future updates or changes to this document will be posted here with an adjusted posting date. Please check back regularly to make sure that you have the most recent version.
The application deadline is Monday, November 13, 2023, no later than 4 p.m. (regardless of the manner submitted). No applications will be accepted after this deadline. Electronic copies should be submitted to OCHS Applications. If unable to submit electronically, signed project proposals may be delivered in person or mailed. Mailed applications must be posted in time to be received by the deadline.
