132nd St SE / 134th Pl SE / Cathcart Way (Seattle Hill Rd to SR 9)

Description

Snohomish County Public Works is scheduled to overlay 132nd St SE/134th Pl SE/Cathcart Way from Seattle Hill Road to SR 9 during spring and summer of 2024. The overlay will preserve 3.12 miles of pavement and make for a smoother driving surface for motorists.

This project will extend the useful life of the roadway by grinding away the existing top layer, performing pavement repair, and then overlaying the asphalt. It will also upgrade pedestrian facilities with 55 ADA compliant curb ramps and install conduit for future Accessible Pedestrian Signals (APS) installation.
