- 60th Ave W - Edmonds (2023)
Snohomish County Surface Water Management, a division of the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources is replacing a culvert on an un-named tributary to Norma Creek at 14406 60th Ave W. The current culvert is failing and is a barrier to fish passage. It will be replaced with a structure designed to allow fish passage.
Utility relocations are expected to begin in at the end of May and be completed by the end of October. Construction crews will be working Monday - Friday during daylight hours.
Construction will require a full, 24/7 road closure at 14406 60th Ave W, with a detour route via 140th St SW, 52nd Ave W, and 148th St SW. See map. The closure is expected to last up to four months.
This project is funded by Surface Water Management fees.
