The Snohomish County All Sales report contains data on all sales made within Snohomish County over the past five year period. The report includes information on sale price and date, assessed values, property and building information and characteristics, and the assessed value to sale price ratio. The report is presented in a table format as an Excel or PDF document. This document is subject to quarterly review and update.
