CDBG Public Facilities and Infrastructure Application
CDBG CV3 Public Facilities & Infrastructure Supplemental Application
Snohomish County announces the availability of funds for Community Development Block Grant CV3 (CDBG) Public Facility and Infrastructure projects (PF&I). The funds may be used for projects that are designed to prevent, prepare for, and respond to the direct and indirect effects of the Coronavirus pandemic, and to mitigate future risks. Activities funded must be consistent with the Snohomish County Consortium 2020-2024 Consolidated Plan. Funding available is estimated at $800,000.

Updates to the application after the publication date will be posted on this webpage.
Application Deadline & Submission Requirements
The county strives to provide access to all members of the public. Snohomish County facilities are accessible. If additional accommodations are required, Applications must be received by mail at the following location by 4:00 pm on Thursday, November 9, 2023. Only complete applications received by this date and time will be considered for available funds.

Public Facilities and Infrastructure Projects
Snohomish County announces the availability of funds for Program Year 2024 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Public Facility and Infrastructure projects (PF&I). The funds may be used for projects which principally benefit low- and moderate-income persons and areas. Activities funded must be consistent with the Snohomish County Consortium 2020-2024 Consolidated Plan. Funding available is currently estimated at $1,094,339.

Technical Assistance & Application Workshop
Technical assistance will be available for organizations interested in applying for CDBG PF&I funding. Assistance available to applicants includes answering questions about CDBG regulations, discussing the proposed project’s compliance with program regulations and County policies, reviewing the application requirements, and determining an applicant’s and project’s potential eligibility for funding. The application contains a summary of important information about the CDBG program. In addition, applicants are strongly encouraged to attend the CDBG Public Facilities & Infrastructure Application Workshop on Wednesday, October 11, 2023, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. via zoom meeting:

Please note that if a proposed project triggers any of these regulations, further meetings with OHCD staff may be required. County staff members are available to provide technical assistance to potential applicants throughout the application process.
