Springhetti Rd & Broadway Ave Intersection

The project on Springhetti Road at Broadway Ave was finished in August 2014.

Access to the following businesses remains open.

 Description

The Springhetti Road and Broadway Avenue intersection is located south of the City of Snohomish and east of Highway 9. These roads intersected at a skewed angle making turning movements difficult.

Snohomish County realigned the intersection to improve sight distance and turning movements and to meet current design standards.

Retaining walls were constructed on both sides of Springhetti Road to allow for the widening and realignment, and guardrail was added along the west side of Springhetti Road.

Schedule

Construction began at the end of May and was finished with the road reopening on August 1st.
