The County provides a voluntary Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through Wellspring Family Services to regular County employees and their eligible dependents.
The purpose of the EAP is to help employees address life’s challenges in an effective and positive way, through short-term counseling or resource referrals. The EAP provides consultation services and referral information nationwide. When you call Wellspring, you can talk with an experienced counselor or consultant about a wide variety of topics. Regular employees are entitled to three (3) sessions per client and family member, per incident per year for virtual or in-person problem assessments, counseling and referral sessions at no cost.
