Employee Assistance Program

Regular County employees and their eligible dependents have access to Snohomish County’s voluntary Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Wellspring Family Services. The EAP gives employees the tools they need to address life challenges in an effective and positive way, with short-term counseling options and resource referrals. Regular employees and their eligible dependents are entitled to three (3) virtual or in-person counseling sessions per incident per year, at no cost. Referral and consultation calls are available without limit.

Learn more about the EAP (PDF), visit the Wellspring EAP Portal to learn more, or call Wellspring at 800-553-7798.

*For Snohomish County employees: if you need help accessing the Wellspring EAP portal, please reach out to Central Human Resources.
