Missing Stanwood Child Located

The search for a missing 3 year-old Stanwood girl has ended, as she has been located safe and sound. Stanwood Police were called around 12:30 PM today when the child’s babysitter reported that the girl was missing from the backyard.  Several police officers and the Sherriff’s Office Helicopter Response Team went searching for the girl.  Around 1:30 PM, police received a call that a family member had picked up the girl, information which had not been previously provided to the child’s babysitter.
