Snohomish Level III Sex Offender Notification

Earl Franklin Bogart, a convicted Level 3 sex offender, recently moved to the 17300 block of 24^th Place NE in Snohomish.  Bogart is a 53 year-old male and has been convicted of 3^rd degree rape.  Bogart is not on active supervision and his only requirement is to register as a sex offender.
