Everett Level  III Sex Offender Notification

Willie Jay Russell, a convicted Level 3 sex offender, recently moved to the 12000 block of 1^st Ave SE in Everett.  Russell is a 57 year-old male and has been convicted of 2^nd degree rape, 3^rd degree statutory rape and 2^nd degree attempted rape.  Most recently, he was convicted of harassment and intimidating a public servant. Russell is not on active supervision and his only requirement is to register as a sex offender. Additional information about Russell can be found on the Sheriff’s Office “Offender Search” page.
