Interrupted Burglary, Home Owner Shot

SNOHOMISH, Wash. – Snohomish County Sheriff’s Deputies were summoned to Lincoln Ave in Snohomish, WA regarding a male home owner reporting he had been shot when he interrupted a burglary at his home at 7:27 p.m. Sunday evening.  Deputies searched the area but no arrests were made.  The home owner was transported to an Everett hospital and his medical status is unknown.  The investigation into the circumstances surrounding this incident is on-going.  Sheriff’s Office Detectives were called to the scene for further investigation.
