SNOHOMISH, Wash. – James Scott Calderwood, a convicted Level 3 sex offender, has moved to the 8900 block of Lowell Snohomish River Rd. Calderwood is a 65 year-old male who has been convicted of 1st, 2nd and 3rd degree child molestation, failure to register as a sex offender, and 3rddegree rape of a child..
