CONTACT: Shari Ireton, Director of Communications, 425-388-3377, Media line:  425-249-6263

The Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office invites you to join us for National Night Out on Tuesday, August 4, at one of the following locations where some of our personnel and equipment, including K9 and SnoHAWK10, will be on hand.

National Night Out is held to heighten crime and drug prevention awareness, generate support for anti-crime programs, strengthen neighborhood spirit and send a message to criminals letting them know neighborhoods are organized and fighting back.

“I look forward to National Night Out every year because it’s an opportunity for us to connect directly with Neighborhood Watch groups across the county. It’s a known fact that when neighbors team up with law enforcement, communities are safer.  National Night Out aligns perfectly with our mission: community first, public safety always.”
