shari.ireton@snoco.org, 425-388-3377, Media line: 425-249-6263 Lake Stevens, Wash. – The Snohomish County Sheriff's Office is investigating the death of a man whose body was found along the roadside at the intersection of 44th St NE and 123rd Ave NE. The body was discovered around 3:15 p.m. today by a passer-by. Major Crimes detectives are on scene, and believe they may know the identity of the deceased adult male. However, positive identification, as well as cause and manner of death, are pending from the Snohomish County Medical Examiner.
