Suspect of shooting at Village Green Mobile Home Park escapes from custody

Everett, WASH. – Bryan Rodriguez-Hernandez, who was taken into custody on the Village Green Mobile Home Park shooting has escaped from police custody. Rodriguez-Hernandez was being escorted back from the hospital for transport to the courthouse in the City of Everett, when he slipped his right hand from the hand from the handcuffs, struck the escorting Deputy in the head and escaped from him towards the water.
There are currently 3 K9 teams actively searching for him and 34 officer/deputies on containment. Rodriguez-Hernandez is wanted for murder in the first degree, escape in the first degree and assault in the third degree.
