Stanwood Robbery Suspect in Custody

SHORELINE, Wash. – A 31 year-old Stanwood man was arrested around 7 p.m. last night without incident by the Snohomish County Violent Offender Task Force in connection with at least three robberies being investigated by the Stanwood Police Department:

-Robbery of a credit union at the 9200 block of 27th St NW (Stanwood) around 5:50 p.m. on January 12, 2018

-Robbery of a gas station at the 26900 block of 104th Dr NW (Stanwood) around 11:30 p.m. on December 30, 2017

-Robbery of a gas station at the 26900 block of 104th Dr NW (Stanwood) around 3:30 a.m. on December 28, 2017

 

He was booked into the Snohomish County jail on three counts for 1st degree robbery.  Several other area law enforcement agencies, including the Sheriff’s Office, are investigating whether the suspect was involved in similar robberies over the past few weeks.
