Sheriff's Office Searches for Woman Who Fell Over Falls FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: April 13, 2018 MONROE, Wash. – The Snohomish County Sheriff's Office Search and Rescue Unit responded last night to search for a 22 year-old Monroe woman who fell over the falls at Cedar Ponds Lake, which is south of SR2 off Dagger Lk Rd. The woman was not found after searching for several hours last night. Search and Rescue will conduct an aerial search of the area today. Friends who were at the falls with woman reported her missing just before 6 p.m. last night. Swiftwater rescue teams and other volunteers searched until around 11 p.m. Updated information will be provided as it becomes available. ###
