Deputies Investigate Early Morning Stabbing in Everett

EVERETT, Wash. – At approximately 5 a.m., deputies responded to a stabbing in the 12400 block of Admiralty Way. Upon arrival deputies located the victim, a 21-year-old male, with multiple stab wounds to his torso, arms and legs. The victim was transported by aid to Providence Regional Medical Center with serious injuries.
During the investigation, deputies learned there was a large party taking place in a unit at the apartment complex and just before 5 a.m. the party moved outside to the parking lot. The victim attempted to break up a large fight with approximately 15 people involved. When he attempted to break up the altercation, the 21-year-old victim was stabbed multiple times.
Deputies continue to investigate the incident and interview witnesses to identify the suspect who deputies believe fled from the scene in a vehicle.
This is an active investigation.
