Investigators On-scene at Collision Fatality

Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office collision investigators are on-scene at a fatal traffic accident at OK Mill Rd, southeast of Lake Stevens. The roadway is currently closed between Creswell Rd and Price Rd for the investigation.
The victim is believed to be a 35 year-old male from Snohomish. Investigators suspect that speed was a factor in the accident, which was reported around 4:30 AM. The victim was thrown from the car and died at the scene.
Identification of the victim, as well as cause and manner of death, will be determined by the Snohomish County Medical Examiner’s Office.
