  • Renovate and re-route existing hiking trails to establish a hiker-only trail system
  • Site and design 2 miles of proposed new equestrian trails
  • Renovate and re-route existing single track mountain bike tracks to reduce conflict with multi-use loops
  • Site and design new mountain bike bypass routes to provide an uphill alternative to the Pipeline Trail and to reduce conflict with multi-use loops
  • Site and design new mountain bike skill building single tracks for beginning and intermediate riders
  • Perform Critical Area Studies in locations of proposed new trails and re-routes
  • Targeted plant surveys by Washington Native Plant Society
