Executive Somers will present his spending plan for 2023 to the Snohomish County Council, other County leaders, and staff. He will talk about his vision for: improving public safety; addressing the interlocking problems of behavioral health, homelessness, and drug abuse; supporting our workers and economic growth; creating more affordable housing; and bolstering climate change resilience.
